| All Guitar Chords and Scales
The All Guitar Chords (http://www.all-guitar-chords.com/index.php) is a good place to look up all kinds of guitar information.
What I like about the chord section, on the main page, is the variety. For beginners, you can filter out all the complicated looking chords and get the basics, which should help with many songs. For jazz or fuller score following players, you have a huge wealth of info here. The scale page (http://www.all-guitar-chords.com/guitar_scales.php) has some odd choices mixed in with the usual. Honestly, the scale section is what makes this site great to me. But, this is not for the unmusical. Of course you can figure it out, but if you do not get music a little bit, you will have to work at it to get what you want. But, to break up a routine, play around a chord or key in a new way, the scale section is great. The main thing that bugs me about the site though is each time you want a new chord or variation, the whole pages refreshes... (Tell your web designer to learn about AJAX.) Also, when printing the images are sketchy because of the missing background fretboard. For what the site does, it works and I visit every once in awhile for something different. G# Pelog anyone?
