Metal Minuet
Article Tags: metal minuet lesson
Looking at some classical pieces to possibly learn, I ran across a minuet. For some reason, I had a metal riff stick in my head, so this hybrid came about.

A minuet is usually in 3/4 time, so you'd count 3's instead of 4's. It's often part A for 8 bars, part B for 8 bars, then it ends or repeats part A or does something else. Trying to go over basics here.

Here's a a metal riff based on basic minuet structure.
